GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting is the oldest VCS from our article, its initial release was in 2004 and now is part of the GoTo family products. The software offers a lot of features like calendar integrations, personal meeting room, screen sharing, HD video, unlimited meetings, and no meeting time limits. In addition to them, a little bit more expensive Business plan unlocks unlimited cloud recording, transcription, drawing tools, and co-organizers features.

The software is available on Android and iOS devices besides Mac and PC also offers a dial-in function for all plans.

GoToMeeting doesn’t have a free plan, but the cheapest one is Professional with a meeting capacity of 150 attendees for $12/monthly per organizer and the Business plan subscription is $16/monthly for 250 participants.

Cisco Webex Meetings

As part of Cisco Webex, Webex Meetings offer a secure platform for video meetings, calling, and messaging. The software offers an interactive whiteboard, screen and file sharing, meeting recording, also instant meeting in your personal room with the opportunity to join them from your computer or mobile device.

On the free plan, Zoho Meetings offers unlimited meetings for 2 participants with no time limits and webinars for 10 attendees. The Meeting plan allows you to have up to 250 participants for $18 per host/monthly subscription and if you want also a webinar feature the price is up to $360 per organizer/monthly.
